SHIPPING POLICY

Ontario Home Health can ship anywhere in Canada.

Free Shipping with $150.00 minimum order – applies to all product categories EXCEPT Incontinence and large Mobility products.

Ontario Home Health’s goal is to ship all orders of “Stock” items within 1 business day of receiving original order.  OHH shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control such as (but not limited to) manufacturing delays and shutdowns, extreme weather conditions, accidents, etc.

OHH cannot ship to a Post Office Box.  Please include full mailing/shipping address.

No Signature Required (NSR) – if the client indicates that the transport company has authorization to leave the shipment without a signature, the client assumes responsibility for the shipment as soon as it is placed in the Safe-Drop location.  Ontario Home Health and the transport company can no longer be held accountable for the shipment.

Damaged Goods – Merchandise released for shipment leaves the depot in good order.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage in shipment.  Thoroughly inspect all cartons before signing for shipment.  Claims for damage should be made against the transport company immediately.  Retain all original cartons and packaging materials.

Shortage or Concealed Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the shipment.

Days are measured in business days, not including weekends or holidays.
