Ontario Home Health (OHH) recognizes that some products may need to be returned for refund. 

Simply e-mail OHH at purchasing@ont-home-health.on.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.  All returns must be accompanied by Original Proof of Purchase and RA#.

We cannot accept product returns on the following:

  • Personal hygiene products or products which have been in direct contact with the skin for any other purpose than to ensure proper fit
  • Compression garments
  • Custom-made or Special-Ordered products
  • Products without the original packaging
  • Products without the original invoice
  • Partial units of sale
  • Products that the seals have been broken
  • Products that have been used or worn
  • Products purchased through ADP or another Third Party
  • Products purchased greater than 30 days ago

Notes:

  • All returns must be PREPAID to OHH Head Office in Stratford, ON
  • Refunds or credits will be issued once products have been received and verified by OHH
  • Shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the shipment
  • Merchandise released for shipment leaves the depot in good order.  We cannot accept responsibility for damage in shipment.  Claims for damage should be made against transport company immediately.
  • All returns must be accompanied by Original Proof of Purchase and RA#
  • Products cannot be returned if it has been greater than 30 days from the original date of sale
